Do you deliver on Saturdays?

Our deliveries take place from Monday to Friday. For special needs it is possible to request a delivery on Saturday, which however must be agreed in advance with the sender.

Can I collect a package at your location?

Yes, to change the delivery method, you can contact the sender, the company where you made the purchase, or contact the branch where the goods will be collected, which will then transmit the information to the sender.

How can I change the delivery address or my telephone number associated with the shipment?

To change the recipient details, such as delivery address or telephone number, you can contact the sender, the company where you made the purchase, as the company itself must authorize these changes.

I need proof of delivery for my shipment (POD, CMR, Bolla). Where do I find it?

You can send an email on your sales representative or contact our headquarters in Italy or Greece.

My shipment could not be delivered and is now in Transhelit warehouse. What should I do?

If your shipment is in storage at one of our warehouse, it means that a delivery attempt has been made but was not successful. The goods will therefore remain in our warehouse until we receive new information. Most probably our operative department will contact you. Also, to unlock the shipment, contact the sender, or the company where you made the purchase to agree on a new delivery date.

My goods have been damaged. Who can I talk to?

My invoice has not yet been paid. Who can I talk to?
